Whenever metal passes through the tunnel, On detection of tramp metals it gives audio Visual signals to identify the tramp metals. Indicator is provided along with metal detectors which are installed on the conveyor system.

There is a high frequency precision search head to pick signals of ferrous & non ferrous fine grade metal contaminants. These fine grade metal contaminants are ejected using flap type reject mechanism. The detector and reject mechanism are mounted together on stands which are provided with caster wheels, for mobility.. Offered Gravity Feed Metal Detectors are available in standard size of 50 mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm in dia.
